Producing highly detailed graphics and illustration for Root Learning®, a Toledo Ohio-based company that specializes in custom 'learning' maps that help businesses all over the world solve their internal business problems to help them operate more efficiently.

Generated visual concepts for these maps.

Freelance Artist

Producing four special pages per month called "The Zone" for the Seattle P-I. These pages are aimed at teenaged readers and are supported by Newspaper In Education.

I also have produced many ads for the P-I Promotions and Public Affairs department.

1984 to 1997 

Chief Artist

Organized and monitored a 5-person art department. I redesigned the paper in 1994.

I produced page design, info graphics and illustration on daily deadlines.
